New Legal Requirements for Private Rented Property

As of the 1st June, all Private Rented Sector (PRS) properties must have a Current EICR test and report.

And from the 1st of July, all new rentals must have a certificate carried out by a PRS registered Inspector.

As of the 1st of April 2021, all existing properties must have a certificate carried out by a PRS registered Inspector.
