Please supply a picture of the inside of your meter box/supply head so that we can see everything including the size of your cut-out fuse. (this will dictate how big the charger can be, and if you need to have a DP switch installed by your meter company, before work can be carried out)

Please supply a copy of your current electrical test certificate for your property?

Please supply a copy of your latest electrical bill from your supplier, so we can apply to the DNO for legal permission to install your charger to the network.

Please supply a photograph of your fuse board so I can see how many fuses and their sizes to make the necessary load assessment.

How far away is your router from where you want your EV charger so that we can estimate if the signal will be adequate?

Please tell us how many bars you have on your mobile device as some chargers are mobile connection only and may not work in your area.

Please provide a 2D outline plan with location and measurements from your meter cabinet/fuse board to the proposed charger position.
